Tendonitis

Tendons are the elastic fibers that connect muscles to bones. When they become inflamed, as a result of injury or sometimes infection, the condition is known as tendonitis. Weakness of a particular muscle and specific pain associated with any movement of the muscle are indicative of tendonitis. Calcium deposits around the tendons and synovial bursa of the shoulder create a condition known as calcific tendonitis or bursitis.

Recommended Action

It is important first of all to locate and remove the source of the inflammation. Bone, Flesh and Cartilage combination used both internally and externally will help to heal the injury and also relieve the inflammation in the tendon. Massaging Trauma Ointment or lobelia extract into the affected area will give some relief from pain.
