Lactation

Lactation is the production of milk by the female breasts, in most cases brought on by the suckling of the infant. There may be times, however, when it is necessary to take advantage of the extra assistance afforded by the galactagogue herbs, which promote and enrich the flow of milk. Drinking lots of reverse osmosis water will also help.
